Sleep consultation

A calm conversation about your family's sleep

Sleepless nights affect everyone in the house. In a sleep consultation we look at your child's age, routine and surroundings, and at your own rest, and agree a few small changes you can start with.

Who it is for

Parents who want a plan, not a lecture

A consultation suits parents of newborns, babies and toddlers who feel stuck: frequent night waking, short naps, hard bedtimes, or a household that is simply worn out.

We listen first. Then we suggest gentle, realistic steps that fit your child's age and your values as a family. You choose what to try.

A consultation is about sleep habits and routines. It is not medical advice. If you are worried about your child's health, breathing, growth or development, please speak to your doctor or public health nurse.

How it works

Four simple steps

1. Tell us about your childSend your child's age, where they sleep now and what a usual day and night look like.
2. We reviewWe read your answers and prepare questions before we speak.
3. We talk it throughWe look at naps, bedtime, feeding, the sleep space and how you are coping.
4. You get a short planA few clear steps to try over the next weeks, written down so you can follow them when you are tired.
