Sleep courses for every stage of early childhood
Sleep changes fast in the first three years. Choose the course that matches your child's age: newborn (birth to 3 months), baby (3 to 12 months) or toddler (1 to 3 years). Each one gives you calm, practical steps for better nights.
Jump to your child's age
The courses are about sleep habits and routines. They do not replace advice from your child's doctor or public health nurse.
Newborn sleep, made less overwhelming
The first weeks are about safety, feeding and recovery. Newborns sleep in short stretches around the clock and do not yet have a day and night rhythm. That is normal. This course helps you read your baby's tired signs, set up a safe sleep space and look after your own rest.
Gentle routines for babies who are growing fast
Between three and twelve months, sleep settles into longer night stretches and more regular naps. Every baby moves at their own pace, and growth spurts, teething and illness can set things back. This course gives you tools you can adapt to your own family.
Bedtime without the battles
Toddlers have big feelings, new independence and strong opinions about bedtime. They also drop naps, climb out of cribs and may find the dark scary. This course focuses on predictable routines, clear and kind limits, and a sleep space that feels safe and calm.
Where a sleeping pod can help
When another adult is caring for your child, a short rest in a quiet, soundproofed cabin can help a worn-out parent recover. The pod is for the parent. Your child stays in their own safe sleep space under adult care.
